On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Nice weellness and spa, comfortable accommodation”
Location in the centre of Spindleruv Mlyn with comfortable apartements. Nice spa and excellent wellness procedures. The weekest item is cuisine. Fodd was (very euphemistic spoken) averrage quality and taste.

“Very good value”
We stayed 7 people for 4 nights in the Lux apartment (room 102). The apartment was comfortable and spacious (would be better with an additional shower), good breakfast and very friendly and helpful front desk. The small swimming pool jacuzzi and sauna facilities are a nice bonus after a day of skiing! Conveniently located near center.

“Terrible stay”
Very nice wellness centre, it’s so modern and we were alone for whole time there. DISGUSTING FOOD, don’t buy Half Board, they are cooking food like in school canteens. !One receptionist is so rude to their clients, she was so rude to me because of nothing this is not person good for this hotel! … more
Very nice wellness centre, it’s so modern and we were alone for whole time there. DISGUSTING FOOD, don’t buy Half Board, they are cooking food like in school canteens. !One receptionist is so rude to their clients, she was so rude to me because of nothing this is not person good for this hotel! - it was lady with brown hair the other receptionist with blond hair is so NICE, but the other one,….. WTF is that we can’t choose for first day, what we want to eat, we got chevapcici (I was hungry after eating all of it) - other day we can choose from 3 foods (cikanska pecene, penne s houbami, halusky s brindzou (but we got halusky with cabbage and they said that they don’t have brindza WTF WHERE ARE WE? What we liked: - hotel is renovated and looks good - nice view from windows to city centre and mountains - very nice head of bar, very nice older guy. He is so nice and friendly to his clients - nice wellness centre, we really enjoyed to stay here. (There is: inside jacuzzi, Finland sauna, one steam sauna, one herbal also the pool (BUT THE POOL WAS SO COLD) What we didn’t like: - we didn’t have mini fridge in our room - unkind staff - REALLY Cold pool in wellness - !There is no air conditioning in rooms! - DO NOT EVER BUY HALF BOARD FROM THIS HOTEL, it looks better then in schools but it tastes the same - bed sheets had holes from smoking
