The facility is oriented towards families with children and sports enthusiasts. The accommodation is basic, without air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable in hot weather. The water park is geared towards children and playing in the water, but it can be overcrowded and dangerous. The biggest issue for me was the food. The restaurant offers great service, but the food quality is inconsistent, often overly salty, greasy and some dishes in the cold buffet seemed old on some days. The soup was often combined from the soups of the past days and extremely salty and/or tasted weird (all kinds of tastes combined). Accommodation Pros: - Rooms equipped with blackout curtains - Three different pillows to choose from - Thorough cleaning every day Cons: - No air conditioning - Building C is near the parking lot with no shade and trees and it was very hot - Narrow beds with springy mattresses (I almost fell the first night) - Long time to ventilate the room when hot - You can't lock the door from the inside (my son regularly ran away) Water Park Pros: - Clean and warm environment - Suitable for children (no pool is deeper than 1,4m) Cons: - Potentially dangerous situations when overcrowded - Inadequate lifeguard supervision (a boy jumped on my 4 year old's head) Restaurant Pros: - Friendly service - Rich breakfast buffet - Option to choose from three meals for dinner (you can mix your meal) Cons: - Inconsistent food quality - Mostly overly salty and greasy dishes (sweet dishes were a safe food for me) - Lack of written allergen information (staff who serves food also didn't speak Czech or English) - Some old food in the cold buffet (my son had diorrhea from an old carrot salad) - Some poorly prepared dishes (e.g., raw pancakes with weird smell and taste)
