“great”
great place. we like the stay in the hotel and we will come back for sure. It is located close by the centre. Prague is a nice stay where to spend a week end. Restaurant are good and night life amazing

Quite convenient for Metro, trams or buses. Arrived in snowy cold weather. Reception was efficient and allocated room on second floor (lift available). “A hotel which served it's basic purpose”
Reception staff on arrival was not very friendly. He had his airpods in and didn't really seem at all interested. Rooms themselves were clean and spacious, the shower had excellent pressure. Hotel in my opinion does NOT deserve 4 stairs. I would say 2. Some people working in reception are not friendly, cleaning service also could be better - someone took towels but I did not receive new one, no toilet paper.
