“Great experience.”
We've been in this hotel last time 2 years ago. The experience then was not great but as the hotel has a super location and beautiful river view we decided to take another chance. We've been in this hotel last time 2 years ago. The experience then was not great but as the hotel has a super location and beautiful river view we decided to take another chance. And that was an excellent decision. They have new staff, very friendly, helpful and responsive. I believe that also management has been changed since the approach towards the guests was completely different as last time. Of course for best. Breakfast was amazing, fresh, tasty and a lot of variety. Next time we will definitely chose this hotel again.

We visited Prague for the New Year holidays. We stayed at the President Hotel. The hotel is very nice, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to old town. What is to be improved: towels(are quite old), and the AC system in the room is a little but noisy. “Excellent !”
Fantastic Hotel with very polite personnel who were always keen to assist . Amazing breakfast Very warm rooms (visit was in January with snow ). Nice and large public spaces And very clean at all times Highly recommended for both business and pleasure

A modern grand hotel that needs some work. The location is excellent, walking distance to the Jewish Quarter and old town. The rooms spacious and the staff very engaging, especially the front desk, the baggage lads and the wonderful Victoria at the lobby bar. The bathrooms are tiny and the bath-shower quite dangerous to clamber into. Needs some handles and mats even for the most agile. Also missing a desk you can use for work or laptops.
