“Nothing but Love for this hotel in the Heart of Prague”

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Prague! When I was staying, it rained like crazy. I came into the hotel drenched and the front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. My room was just about ready, and they let me go into it right away. They also were super accommodating regarding questions about laundry service. They have one, and it was a lifesaver. The room was big enough, and the bed was warm and comfortable. Be aware that the tub in the bathroom is HUGE as in TALL, so getting in and out will take some effort. The daily breakfast was delicious and featured a variety of food items suitable for carnivores and herbivores. You are also within walking distance of some terrific restaurants. What I especially love about this place is that in order to access the rooms, you have to have your room card and scan it in order for the elevator to work. Bonus for music and music memorabilia lovers!! You are literally next to (attached to) the Hard Rock Cafe! I intend on returning to Prague and would absolutely stay here again.

“Perfect location for old town square and the markets”
Very comfortable and welcoming hotel perfectly located for our Christmas market visit. Generous sized standard room. Very clean. Great variety at breakfast and food is always topped up - even if as late at 11am! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

“Perfect for Us”

Ideally situated just seconds from the Old Square but still nice and quiet this hotel was perfect for our stay in Prague. We booked a superior double room (we like big beds). Bed very comfortable. No robes so bring your own. Shower nice and powerful with separate hand held and hooks for shower cap. Products provided and nice towels. Hairdryer and make up mirror. Also in the room was an iron and ironing board, and a mini bar. The walls were thin – we could hear the people in the next room. Double glazing very efficient, could not hear anything from the street below (we were on second floor). There is no lounge or bar at this hotel. Just a small reception area and breakfast served downstairs in the basement. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of just about everything. They also came round with Prosecco which my husband liked (too early for me). It was also very useful that we could purchase metro and tram tickets at reception. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Just note if you are coming for the Christmas Markets that the big one normally in Wenceslas Square is not there because the Square is one big building site as they are putting a new tram line in. The Christmas Market at the Old Square where we were, was nice but predominately food and drink, not much in terms of gifts etc. All in all, I highly recommended this hotel.
