“Great staff in an excellent location”
The choices at breakfast were very good and very fresh, with new items coming out all the time. There was no delay on tables being cleared when people left, so everything was clean and tidy. The location is great easy access to all attractions, but quieter at night than in the centre but still plenty of restaurants to choose form. All staff we met were very friendly and helpful.

“Amazing Hotel and Best Staff”
It was really nice to stay with you guys. The reception lady named Lina, was so nice and supportive. Facilities have exceeded my expectations. Only issue is that nearby parking isn't easy to find for those traveling with car.

I chose this hotel for the comfort/location/price and it did not disappoint. It was exactly what my friends and I needed for our Christmas holiday! Pros: Polina at the front desk is fantastic! Knows all the things...helpful, friendly, personable, and patient (she explained everything in detail) Location--still in a busy area but quiet and accessible by walking and tram to everything. Close to the castle and some fabulous cafes and restaurants. Spacious room--#202 has a queen bed and a twin (separate bedroom). Warm and has all the necessities. Breakfast buffet--Lots of comfort food of bread and pastries Room is clean and when we needed extra 'anything' it was accommodated. Things to consider: (not cons, just reminders) Elevator: there is a lift but only in use from 7am-7pm Stairs: lots of stairs--to get into the hotel, to climb at night when lift is not in use Hotel is on a steeper sloped street. I would stay here again as it was comfortable, clean and just lovely.

“First Prague trip”
It would be nice to find some small bar soap in bathrooms as well as tissues. Small detail but would make the rooms live up to expectations. Otherwise everything was lovely.
