“I like it”

The hotel location was near the historical clock and the center only 10 minutes walking. Room was excellent and big Breakfast was delicious and alot of items, they made a tasty and delicious croissant 🥐 and fresh orange juice. There are a lot of shops and cafes in the way to the city center

The location is quite good. The reception handled the transactions quickly. There is free detox water and a vending machine at the entrance. Open 24/7. The building is old, but all the buildings in Prague are like this anyway. So you become a part of history. We stayed in a quadruple room. Unless you want to sleep on the couch or armchair, there are very few places where everyone can have separate beds. Air conditioning, kettle, refrigerator, shower, hair dryer were working smoothly. There is a wardrobe, television, table, chairs, bedside tables and a trash can. The bathroom was clean and had the necessary supplies. When the shampoo ran out, it was not renewed the next day, so I went and asked for it at the reception and it was left in the room 5 minutes later. Since the room faces the interior, make sure that the bathroom curtains are closed, otherwise you can easily be seen while taking a shower or going to the toilet :) There is an attendant for breakfast and he helps you show you the place in the morning. P/P ratio is good. There are lots of bars and an Indian restaurant just outside the hotel. There is also a mini market at the beginning of the street, within walking distance, where you can meet your needs. Maximum 10 minutes walking distance to transportation systems. There is a local market nearby, I recommend you research it. Close to the riverside. It has two elevators that work smoothly. One of them also has seating inside. cons: On the last day, we had to leave the hotel early and we had 15 minutes until breakfast. I wanted one croissant for each of my two little children. We were just going to take it and leave without sitting down. It was ready in the distance and we could see it. However, unfortunately, they rejected our request without taking any initiative, even for the children. It's acceptable for older people, but being okay with two kids going hungry 15 minutes before breakfast! frankly unacceptable. I think the man at the front desk doesn't have children. bed linens are not changed every day. It was changed only on the last day. We conveyed this before arriving, but I don't know if it is a hotel rule. The door is not electronic and a key is used. If you leave during the day, you are asked to leave it at the reception. However, when picking it up from the reception, I noticed that there was no verification. So the person who comes can ask for the number and get the key. This didn't seem very safe to me sometimes when the person you dropped off in the morning wasn't the same person you picked up in the evening. That's why I didn't leave the key behind after the first day and took it with me.

We had a large room booked for a night to accommodate 6 pax. The room was spacious and had a separate work area. Though it was in the ground floor we did not experience any nuisance. There was a good spread of food for the breakfast which was appreciable. We did checkout early in the morning but the hotel staffs let us to keep our luggage in the safe room. Overall I would recommend this pocket friendly, city centric hotel to any large family groups.

“Service”

The hotel is very well located. Good price for the room. The staff is very nervous. The hotel managers do not treat the maids well. Alla behaves especially badly. Maids are often fired. The rooms are not always very clean. Please replace the staff.

On first glance this hotel is gorgeous, perfect location a short walk to the old town and friendly staff. We stayed in a family room which consisted of two bedrooms and a small kitchen. The beds were also really comfortable, however that evening there were people having a party in the some of the surrounding rooms and the corridor was really ecoy and the doors really slam. I bearly slept which was a real downer. Maybe we were just unlucky!
