“Within walking reach of the city.”
This was a wonderful hotel to stay in for many reasons. We walked into the city every day and it was not far, yet far enough out of the city to be a restful place to stay. This was a wonderful hotel to stay in for many reasons. We walked into the city every day and it was not far, yet far enough out of the city to be a restful place to stay. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and were serviced every day. The staff are really friendly, helpful and courteous throughout the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and again the staff there were very friendly and helpful. I really liked not being near a busy main road as it meant we could sleep well after a day of walking on our city break. The view from our room over the city was quite spectacular, especially at night when everything was lit up. We were there in February and it had just snowed, so it was quite magical. I would certainly return to this hotel again as it provides a peaceful stay, comfort and very friendly staff.

“Great time in Prague ”
First time visiting Prague. Hotel was very clean and the staff very welcoming and helpful. Location was good with a ten minute walk to the old town ( didn't use the trams as pleasant walk ). First time visiting Prague. Hotel was very clean and the staff very welcoming and helpful. Location was good with a ten minute walk to the old town ( didn't use the trams as pleasant walk ). Handy Location for hop on hop off sight seeing buses. Breakfast was a mix of cold buffet and some hot offerings . Very good choice and certainly set you up for the day. Staff helpful organising taxis and helping you avoid getting ripped off ( at the airport, use uber terminal or pre book & pay ) Do not use the guys with jackets stating "Official Airport taxis", Almost twice the price and promise you a metered fare ( no meter in sight). Plenty of local restaurants and bars offering great value local dishes and drinks. If up at the monastery, definitely try the wine cellar restaurant, superb. Definitely be back.

“Modern, clean hotel in a good location”
Nice hotel but we were given a twin room instead of a double. The room and bathroom was clean but the stocking up on tea and coffee was lacking and we had to ask for clean cups. Good location though, 10 mins walk to Charles Bridge or tram nearby…..

Hotel is beautiful building but ultra modern inside. It was lovely and clean, slept well but nowhere to sit and relax with the weird modern chairs. It was spotless, bed really big, nice size bathroom with bath & separate shower, 2 sinks for his and hers and a safe to use in the wardrobe

Room was ok - comfortable bed. Hardly any internal noise, but the room was at the front of the hotel and quite a bit of noise from deliveries early morning etc. Cleaning wasn’t the best, room was dusty and the majority of the shelving in the wardrobe hadn’t been touched in a long time. I even found a pair of left over shoes in there showing that they hadn’t touched it in a while. Not good at keeping on top of clean mugs, glasses tea bags etc. also silverfish in the bathroom.
