“Fantastic experience”
Fantastic hotel .the boys on reception on our arrival were so friendly and welcoming.The room was lovely and absolutely immaculate.great power shower…very comfortable bed and good pillows.great location very central. “Great staff and ideal location”
Really great welcome when we arrived for a 3 night stay with good local eating recommendations. Ideal location 10 minute walk to most attractions. Really great welcome when we arrived for a 3 night stay with good local eating recommendations. Ideal location 10 minute walk to most attractions. Hotel is very trendy our room was on the small side but had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay and kept super clean. The bed was so comfortable and pillows best I’ve experienced in a hotel! Only negative was the breakfast service which was chaotic on day 1 with items of hot and cold food running out and staff not able to cope with demand. The 2 days following were much better. Despite this I would highly recommend NYX if staying in Prague!

“Surprisingly disappointing ”
I have visited quite a few NYX hotels, and this one is the only one that disappointed me. The personnel is very nice, the location is very central, and rooms are clean. However, given the price, rooms are very small and not as nice as for other NYX hotels, and breakfast is of average quality.
