Amazing reception staff, everyone Is so nice And attentive !!!! Also the teď bar staff is very nice , specialy Petr and Nasťa. Walking distance 5 mins to shopping center and metro Andel, Wich goes to the old town in just few minutes Lots of restaurants in the area

“Lovely hotel in a great location ”

NH Prague City is situated around a 5 min walk from the nearest Andel metro station, and lots of buses and trams to travel anywhere within the Prague area easily and quickly. NH Prague City is situated around a 5 min walk from the nearest Andel metro station, and lots of buses and trams to travel anywhere within the Prague area easily and quickly. The hotel itself is lovely, clean and spacious. Rooms are immaculate, shower is very powerful and beds so comfy. Red bar staff very good and attentive. Reception staff some friendly and helpful, some not so. Breakfast is fine you can also order fresh omelettes etc, I only saw the sign on one of the tables on the last day. We did arrange a transfer from the airport to the hotel and back through the hotel. This was reasonably priced. Unfortunately the driver arrived far too early at the airport to pick us up. This was a Thursday morning spent an hour going through passport control, obviously not our fault. After comunaticating with the hotel driver did come back. When I tried to pay for the transfer I was advised that they were trying to charge us an extra fee for the late arrival which of course we were unwilling to pay as this was out of our control. Pete Polacek very kindly sorted all this out. But this is maybe something the hotel needs to take into consideration when picking passengers up and arriving there too early at busy times to avoid this happening. Prague is a beautiful city and definitely worth a visit.

There's no place to put your suitcase off the floor. No complimentary coffee in your room, but they offer a bottle of water. The bathroom is wheelchair accessible. There's no place to put your suitcase off the floor. No complimentary coffee in your room, but they offer a bottle of water. The bathroom is wheelchair accessible. The shower is not shielded, so the bigger part of the bathroom is soaking wet after you've had a wash. Clean room and comfortable bed. The rooms are quiet as there's no tram directly in front of the hotel. Good breakfast but the coffee (from a machine) is just colored water. For the price they ask, that could be a LOT better. They ask you over and over to do an online check-in, and when you get there... you have to start again from scratch.
