“Perfect”
Just arrived at hotel and the reception by the staff was wonderful. I would like to thank Florin for his attention to detail and desire to please. Being offered a welcome towel and drink was amazing. Extremely polite, professional and accommodating.

“Perfect Hotel”
The best service I’ve ever encountered. The staff was amazing. The hotel and spa were perfect and we loved the Czech cuisine at Monastique. I would love to return!! The location was also great for walking around the historic areas which were easy to navigate.

Extraordinary service! Friendly staff, nothing is a problem and always an extra surprise little things being done. Everything was outstanding and of the highest quality...service, professionalism, concierge assistance, food and beverage, room decor, ease of check-in and checkout. “Excellent stay in Mala Strana, Prague”
Excellent location in the area of most historical part of old city of Prague. High standard of accommodation, good choice of meals. Bar closed after 11 pm 👎 Pretty expensive. Great plus - one can park a car there 👍 several meters from the centre of Mala Strana
