The hotel is very conveniently located. Everything is within walking distance. At the reception we spoke with a very nice guy whose name is Abdul Malek. He really helped us quickly resolve the issue with early check-in and suggested a good restaurant with a discount for hotel guests. On the day of departure, I left our bags in the storage room, since our flight was late in the evening. The staff and the hotel left a very pleasant impression. The breakfasts are good.

Great location on Wenceslas Square but also very quiet, as the hotel is set back from the main thoroughfare, entered via an interior alley with restaurants and theatre off it. Great location on Wenceslas Square but also very quiet, as the hotel is set back from the main thoroughfare, entered via an interior alley with restaurants and theatre off it. We had an apartment, which was the perfect combination of being able to self-cater when we wished but also starting the day with an excellent buffet breakfast. The staff were all very helpful and friendly (with excellent English) and the apartment was spacious - large bedroom with double bed and double sofa-bed in the living room for our daughter, plus a large bathroom with both bath and separate shower. The kitchen had hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, plus nespresso-style coffee-machine. Excellent value-for-money

“New Year Celebrations”
Great location within walking distance for most of the tourist attractions. Great location within walking distance for most of the tourist attractions. We had a room on the 2nd floor which was very spacious/ shower over the bath /mini bar / kettle ( could have provided more tea bags and coffee) the room was lovely and warm. Breakfast is self service with hot and cold options New Year’s Day it opened till 11am which was great for those of us that stayed out to bring the new year in. What I would say is be aware that after 11pm the gates to the arcade are padlocked and you have to use the intercom for the hotel night porter to come down to unlock the gates. All in all great holiday and would definitely return to this hotel should we come back to visit Prague again.

We stayed 4 nights in December. The positive. Very central and within easy reach of all we wanted to visit. Warm ( but see below) Lots of hot water. WiFi was very good. Interesting hotel which reminded me of a hotel we stayed at in Bangkok in 2004 which also had a connection to an arcade. Similar decor. ( and it was dated in Bangkok in 2004). The lift even had a seat for an attendant- no attendant in this one though. Single lift which was often slow to arrive. The room was very warm - too warm for us. Massive heated towel rail in bathroom, on the plus side this ensured nice dry warm towels. Shower was over a deep bath. Might prove tricky for older visitors. We had a twin as I was travelling with my daughter. Very narrow beds. On the plus side room was very quiet and we slept reasonably well despite having brought winter nightwear when a light cotton would have been enough. Breakfast was satisfactory. Terribly small plates - small side plate size. Good coffee. Nice brown (possibly sough dough) bread. Decent butter. Scrambled and boiled eggs always available. Bacon or sausage on alternate morning. Frankfurters each morning.
