On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Great Hotel”
The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. Delicious breakfast and great service. Up to 10 minutes to Charles Bridge, friendly neighborhood. I recommend, we will definitely come back here again.

Great for couple of nights but unless you book a deluxe room the rooms are very very small. Breakfast was basic sadly no English Breakfast Tea which I though every hotel on the planet would have. Bathrooms also compact but functional, instant hot water, basic soaps supplied, we only stayed three nights and we booked well in advance so prices were good value. Wi-Fi was ok. We had a room on the main road and boy was it noisy? The trams run until midnight and start again at 5.00am. No bar service or room service, vending machine in lobby was locked and reception did not have the keys? Super bar beneath the hotel serving drinks and Czech food, popular with locals, clean wc’s.

“Good location, breakfast and animal policy but very poor safety precautions during COVID-19 (coronavirus)”
PRO: Rich and tasty breakfast. The staff is always smiling. The guy at the reception who served us was helpful and caring. PRO: Rich and tasty breakfast. The staff is always smiling. The guy at the reception who served us was helpful and caring. They accept dogs of whatever size, you just have to pay an extra 10 EUR per night, which is a fair price. CON: Poor safety and cleaning precautions are taken during COVID-19 (Coronavirus). And that truly bothers. Especially when it comes to breakfast - cooks and waitresses did not wear masks or gloves, and the tables were dirty: the tablecloths were full of crumbs and stains. I saw waitresses swipe off the crumbs with the palm and walk away. Only the lady at the reception would come and change the tablecloth once in a while! No customers were asked to wear a mask or sanitize hands before entering the buffet zone, let go of the other areas. Very honestly, we felt stressed to eat our breakfast there. The receptionists did not wear masks either. The hotel is serving international people and should apply to international safety standards, but it's far from that.
