“Great for food or a drink”
Really nice bar/restaurant on the way to the Charles bridge We sat outside for cocktails one evening and the following day we went back for dinner. Food was great and the staff were friendly and efficient. I am surprised to see negative reviews.

Great location, just a few minutes walk to a number of great locations, tourist attractions, restaurants and transport links. Hotel is in the process of opening a nightclub in the basement/cellar. Very beautifully decorated, a must see for anyone staying. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Beds and bedding very comfortable. At night can be quite noisy so would recommend using the ear plugs which are provided. Our room had a lovely big bath which we enjoyed after walking miles and miles exploring. To access the hotel you need to use the stairs, there is no lift. Luckily we were only 1 flight up! Would stay here again and would recommend to others. Great value for money. Great for couple stays.

We stayed at the very top floor here in the deluxe room and loved it. So spacious snd felt like we were in our own private apartment. The decor is dated but we felt that added a real charm, however the leather sofa/chairs were very old and saggy and smelt a bit, I didn’t feel comfortable to sit on them. There is no lift which we didn’t mind but just something to keep in mind if you’re disabled or have mobility issues. There is a club below but we didn’t hear anything until we were at the bottom of the staircase, outside noise wasn’t a problem either. They clearly have listened to reviews about air con as our room did have an air con unit in it which was great as the room did get very hot. Bed was so comfy and very clean. Staff were lovely (especially Lucas and other lady who worked with him while we were there from the 14th - so sorry we didn’t get her name). 2 minutes walk from Charles Bridge so excellent location. However the breakfast wasn’t great, plates were dirty and there was hardly any food and top ups weren’t done often. However the eggs and sausage were really tasty. The bar and breakfast areas were absolutely beautifully decorated. The bar attached was nice but pricey for drinks after the tip they automatically added to the bill. But we would stay again!

“Wouldnt bother”
Best pillows ever, comfy beds and good showers. However, the décor is a mix of 1800s Slavic mansion and your great grans house. The locals are also quite unfriendly and tend to rip you off, especially if you're form the UK. Do not believe anybody when they tell you its really cheap, because its not… more

Do not believe anybody when they tell you its really cheap, because its not- you might as well book Dubai. Brandon G.
