“Great hotel, great location”
We had a lovely stay, the hotel is in a great location. We walked pretty much everywhere. Our shower head was broken when we arrived but staff fixed it promptly. The bed was very comfortable we slept well, and would most definitely return to this hotel.

I stayed here with my family for 3 nights in April. The hotel s location is quite close to prominent places and in the city centre. The hotel is easily accessible by public transport as well. We were given an upgrade to family room from a triple room. But the room was in an attic but since it was large with quite a few windows we didn't face a lot of issues. Normally I don't comment about the interior of the room but they had some nice bohemian style interiors. The hotel had a lot of plants which was making it quite pleasant to the eye. The restaurant was also quite nicely decorated. They had put up Easter decor as well. The breakfast options could have been increased to include some more vegan or vegetarian options. The staff was also very helpful and welcoming. I liked my stay at the hotel and will visit again.

About this hotel: there are no words that can translate the amazing experience we had! Me and my 2 friends were amused by everything. The location is great, you can reach to Old Town Square in 10 minutes by feet! If you don’t feel like walking, you also have the underground subway and the tram at 2 minutes from the hotel. The bedroom was huge, well equipped, with amazing sunlight in the morning, the perfect temperature by night and such comfy beds as well as so many space in the closet to hang your things. The staff was even greater, we own special gratitude to Dominik which is the perfect host and tour guy (if you don’t know where to start your trip and where Czech food and drinks to experiment are better you can trust he is packed with amazing suggestions!) But the offers this hotel have are so much more worth mentioning: starting with the Restaurant La Boca, a fusion between Spanish and Argentinian food, that already makes us have water in our mouth from remembering it. Amazing tapas and amazing breakfast such as so nice staff. Next, the Wine Office: the greatest wine we ever tasted! We are not wine experts but that Cava robbed our heart in the first second we tasted it. In this point we also send our warmest regards to Dominik which suggested the exact perfect wine and revealed himself really experienced with Wine Office being his own business and passion, feeling that he passes to the clients and makes the whole experience soooo different! Then the games room downstairs where you can spend time playing billiard and other games which makes it a great plan if you feel tired from all the sightseeing of the city but you still don’t feel like going to sleep. It is also worth mentioning the Vegan café the other Salvator facilities have: a top tier coffee you can feel it is natural and not machine made such as amazing food. We are not vegans but the non-Chicken Popcorn made us feel ashamed we aren’t!

Loved this quirky hotel with its friendly staff and its close proximity to many interesting sights. There was a slight hiccup when checking in, when we discovered our booking didn't include breakfast. I hasten to add, this was NOT an error on the part of the Hotel at all, but rather a mistake on the part of Expedia when changing the dates of our stay! Jakub was very patient with us and looking at our original booking, saw clearly that it had included breakfast. After a call to Expedia the next day, it became clear who was responsible. We spoke with Tereza at Reception who was very understanding in dealing with the situation, agreeing to provide an invoice for breakfast at the end of our stay, which we could then forward to Expedia for a refund. We were allocated Room 1 on the 4th floor which was very clean and spacious, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We spoke with Jakub on Reception to ask directions etc. and he provided us with a city map on which he marked the location of the Hotel, which was really helpful. Breakfast was substantial, with hot and cold food on offer, and the staff were very accommodating when I asked for soya milk. I was quite poorly the evening before we were due to leave, and my friend went to Reception to request a late check out, in order that I could rest more until I felt better. At Reception my friend spoke with Lada, who very kindly confirmed we were able to extend the stay in our room from 11 am. until 1 pm. without charge. We appreciated this very much and it made all the difference to our last day in the Prague. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and all staff we came into contact with were friendly, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this Hotel without hesitation. Thank you to all staff named above.

“Very good value for money”
A very good option to stay while visiting Prague. Very close to the city center, great staff always willing to help. Something they should improve are the pillows, very uncomfortable!!!. The breakfast buffet is quite good with a more than acceptable variety.
