Location extremely good for the Old Town Square where the main Christmas Market was held. Rooms were good with large bed and all the amenities you could want. The Fat Cat restaurant which is on the ground floor was very good and extremely lively. The staff were excellent. I do agree that the reception staff were not desperately friendly.

“I’d definitely come back!”

Great location! It is within walking distance to basically anything you'd want to see. The room was nice, we were in the newer/updated part with the elevator & an AC unit. The bathroom was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We also chose the breakfast option, which was also convenient and the food was good! Very happy with our stay. No issues or complaints.

Location was awesome, not what we were expecting, our room was quite quirky but good, we had room 51. This has a small entrance with wardrobe entrance to small bathroom and entrance to bedroom. The ground floor was restaurant/bar but you did not hear any noise at all. At the restaurant they provided guests with breakfast which was a a good choice of foods. The small reception area on the ground floor, besides providing key not that much customer service provided when approached. The rooms where clean and tidy, my only complaint was the bath towel provided during our stay where the size of a bath mat, at first thought they got mixed up but the replacement bath towels the following day was the same, very weird

“Excellent location - did not enjoy stay”

I stayed here for 1 night during Summer & I would not recommend. The location is excellent, right in the middle of the action. Which is a disadvantage because it gets very noisy. It also doesn’t help that the hotel is connected (on top) of a busy / popular restaurant. As a solo female traveller… more

I stayed here for 1 night during Summer & I would not recommend. The location is excellent, right in the middle of the action. Which is a disadvantage because it gets very noisy. It also doesn’t help that the hotel is connected (on top) of a busy / popular restaurant. As a solo female traveller, I did not particularly feel safe staying here. As the hotel was on top of a restaurant, anyone could easily walk up to the rooms. There was no security. It probably doesn’t help that my room was on main landing. The reception staff were also very rude. I felt like a burden & any time I needed assistance, they would sigh & roll their eyes. Rude customer service.
