“Everything was great”
All the hotel's workers were really polite. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The hotel is really close to the subway and it's well connected with the city. Thanks to Karel (on the reception desk) for his advices and tips about the city.

“Fantastic hotel”
Superb hotel . The staff in particular Abraham, Kate and Kirill were so lovely , professional and friendly - nothing was too much trouble . The hotel was very comfortable , clean modern and ideally located from the metro - a few stops to centre

“Best bar service”
Was in Prague for 3 weeks working on the World Ice Hockey championships. We’d work long hours and Dusan, the barman, always professionally attended to us with undeniable enthusiasm and quality service. He was able to chat about the day’s games while serving multiple drinks for the crew.

“Poor guest experience”
Nice hotel in a dreary area. Breakfast very poor. Weird offerings such as fried or scrambled eggs with green beans or corn on the cob. Long wait for items which had run out to be replaced.
