“Go here for location and UNBEATABLE customer service”
Might not be a 5*hotel but with 5* customer service for sure! All the staff were super nice, helpful and went beyond their way to make us happy and welcomed. Might not be a 5*hotel but with 5* customer service for sure! All the staff were super nice, helpful and went beyond their way to make us happy and welcomed. If you want to feel like a royalty (and be right behind the corner of Vaclavak, ano ther great perk), go to Brixen, were they know how to do hospitality business right. Extra thanks to Mrs. Dora, front desk manager. If all the people approached their jobs like she does, the world would be much nicer place :-)

“Great location, great rooms”
Amazing service and clean rooms. The parking is quite tight so keep that in mind while renting cars. Older style yet roomy. The walk to the centre is about 15-20 minutes so its at an amazing location. Keep in mind the ac does not work so it’s gets quite warm, i kept the windows open for a breeze at… more

“Lovely Friendly Hotel”
Enjoyed our stay at Brixen, easy walk to the city centre and very welcoming and accomodating staff who were more than happy to help us with advice on where to go and how to use the Key To The Prague scheme. The room was lovely, clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay again.
