“A great few days in Prague”

Great location. Very comfortable and accommodating. The rooms were larger than expected and my entire party (three rooms) were all upgraded to with suites or junior suites. Great location. Very comfortable and accommodating. The rooms were larger than expected and my entire party (three rooms) were all upgraded to with suites or junior suites. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff really worked hard to make us comfortable. I especially want to mention Ira who always seemed to be at the desk, our Bartender/waitress Yara who worked late into the night serving beer and wine, and breakfast manager Filip who was bright and friendly every morning. Definitely would stay again!

위치도 완벽, 서비스도 완벽했어요! 룸 컨디션은 말할 것도 없이 완벽했습니다! 별 다섯개로는 부족해요! 10점 만점에 백점이었어요! 리뷰 몇몇개에 불친절하다고 해서 영어를 잘 못하는 저는 어쩌나 걱정했는데 하우스 키핑부터 매니저, 리셉션에 모든 직원분들이 한순간도 미소릉 잃지 않은 적이 없을 정도로 친절했어요! 특히나 ira 체크아웃할때 러기지 맡겨주시는거나 디파짓 종이 때문에 답답했을 수 있는데 끝까지 편안하게 해주셔서 너무 고마웠어요. Rewis도 제가 불편함이 있을때 선뜻 핸드폰까지 내어주고 항상 웃는얼굴이었어요🥹 신혼여행인… more

Five stars aren’t enough—I’d give it 100 out of 10! I was a bit worried after seeing some reviews mentioning unfriendliness, especially since I’m not fluent in English. But from housekeeping to the manager and the reception staff, every single employee greeted me with a smile at all times. A special thanks to Ira, who was incredibly kind during check-out, even when handling my luggage storage and deposit paperwork, which could have been frustrating. She made everything feel so smooth and comfortable. And Rewis—thank you for your kindness! When I had any inconvenience, you even offered your phone without hesitation and always had a warm smile. This was our honeymoon, and thanks to Booket, we made so many unforgettable memories. I’m truly grateful!
