We arrived on Monday night in Prague. Marek checked us in he was so helpful and polite. We had booked the junior suite and we were pleasantly suprised . The room was like 3 normal room in one . The room had a very spacious bathroom with a shower and a bath . The only thing which I would say would be the bathroom needs a shower mat and maybe a curtain. The facilities of the room were very good . The heating and Air conditioning we could control to our liking . I had breakfast on one of the of the mornings and it was amazing a very good selection. All of the staff were very helpful and the hotel was decorated very nice in time for Christmas there is a nice little area to have a drink in woth a little bar . Our experience of this hotel was very good . We would recommend it to anyone travelling to Prague. It is very close to the centre and we would like to thank the staff for making out experience very personal and one we will not not forget.. Shane &Amy

“Good price to quality ratio.”
Went here with my girlfriend. Breakfast was lovely. Room was fine. The 2-person bed was 2 1-person beds pushed together, please just use a 2-person matrass. Service and wifi is all good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. All in all, a pleasant stay.

“Decent hotel in a good location - recommend”

I recommend hotel Assenzio for anyone looking for a hotel that is a good base to explore Prague from.

Overall, a good hotel! The rooms were basic, and the beds weren’t the best but they were absolutely fine for our short stay. Both the room and bathroom were spotless. The staff were lovely, couldn’t do enough to help! Provided some great restaurant recommendations and were very knowledgeable about local tourist attractions etc. Breakfast was nice, and had something for everyone. The little hotel bar was also well-equipped. Location was brilliant. Would recommend!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights this week. The building is beautiful, the rooms have been updated in a basic modern style. Spotlight in the beautiful high ceilings which would better suited to a chandelier, laminate flooring which would be better carpeted, It’s sad to see the place lose its identity. We had a suite on the third floor it was large with2 bedrooms and a bathroom. 2 TV’s, a mini fridge, lots of wardrobe space and a safe. The shower in the bathroom was a little odd, the pipe wasn’t long enough to reach head height and was fixed to the wall away from the taps (I think to avoid the need for a shower screen but no thought had gone into practicality). There is no mirror outside the bathroom, the kettle is not near the bin or the mini fridge, we were not provided any milk for tea/coffee. We had 2 tea bags and 2 coffee sachets for 2 people for 2 nights. The hairdryer is attached to the wall in the bathroom with no where to sit unless you sit on the loo. My hair takes 20 mins to dry I am glad I took my own hairdryer. It was a clean and basic base. Breakfast was fine, buffet style continental and cooked items available, plenty choice. There is a bar but I didn’t see it open. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a mile from Wenceslas Square which doesn’t seem far, it’s great downhill on the way out but coming home after a long day was a killer so we used Bolt. It’s a couple of £ from Wenceslas Square to the hotel. It’s a reasonably priced base just outside the main tourist areas. I wouldn’t stay again as there are so many hotels available but it was ok.
