“Excellent”
Chcek-in was fast and friendly. The room was spacious, with a huge bed and a choice of pillow type. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower. Excellent WiFi, large TV, and safe. Chcek-in was fast and friendly. The room was spacious, with a huge bed and a choice of pillow type. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower. Excellent WiFi, large TV, and safe. There was also complimentary tea and coffee. There is a large breakfast buffet, I did not try it as I was leaving too early in the morning. Transportaton is good. From the hotel to the terminals the bus takes 3-4 minutes. The bus stop is right outside the door of the hotel. Bus 59 or Bus 100, the bus 59 service runs every 5 to 6 minutes. All in all a very nice one-night stay.

Wonderful airport hotel, lovely rooms, comfy bed, great shower. Fantastic breakfast. Great staff. Excellent value. My only problem was finding it! I arrived in the day time and found a map at the airport, given that I am bad at reading maps (see picture below) I turned right out of the terminal and wandered around for a LONG time asking a LOT of people but it was VERY hard to find and no-one knew where it was! However there is an easier way! Arrive at night, like my husband did and the hotel is lit up! Or, turn LEFT out of Terminal 1 or 2 and walk following signs for Black Car Park D - this will bring you to the correct footpath and then you'll get to the end of path, turn RIGHT and hopefully see it!

“Great value for money”
Very good for an airport hotel and reasonably priced. Modern and comfortable with well appointed rooms. Comfy bed and good shower, iron/board in room. Buffet breakfast is excellent. Friendly service. Car park and small gym on-site. Evening restaurant good with great choices

Airport Hotels are not often sexy or hotels that your excited to stay in. Airport Hotels are like plastic water bottles - they are functional - they serve a purpose but you never get all fluttery inside when thinking about them.The Holiday Inn Prague is exactly what an airport hotel should be. It’s the Lego model - exactly what is shown on the box. This hotel was very good. The rooms exceptionally clean, well furnished and served a purpose. Meal was good and they have a shuttle. The only issue with the hotel and hence not a 5 out of 5 rating is the staff. There was not a smile or any show of happiness to be shown from any of them. It was almost like every team member was auditioning for Czechs version of Next Top Undertaker. It was how I expect service in the future to be when robots are doing humans jobs - I almost expected to see them plugged into a wall charging up between shifts. The customer service specialists at IHG need to pop over to this hotel and have a meeting with the team and explain that while they may not be working in a sexy hotel dealing with celebrities and sports stars - they need to remember that their job is service, that’s what they accepted when they joined the team so they should smile and show some warmth to their customers.
