Excellent hotel, I stayed here for 4 nights over Christmas, room was very nice, location was great for getting around Prague. The buffet breakfast was amazing, probably the best I’ve had in a hotel, with everything you could want, the omelette section was fantastic. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful, the bar staff made great cocktails, if I visit Prague again I would certainly stay here again.

“Noisy hotel”

The hotel is very clean . Breakfast every think that you want coffee is horrible so sweet. . Rooms clean and tidy mimi bar with water you have to pay for. bed nice a pillows . The hotel is very clean . Breakfast every think that you want coffee is horrible so sweet. . Rooms clean and tidy mimi bar with water you have to pay for. bed nice a pillows . You can hear everything from next door and the corridor chairs dragging not so quiet. Not far from the Town walking. Lots to see and do . Would I come back to this hotel no I don’t think it’s a 5 star hotel.shower over the bath I would expect to have a walk in shower was hard to step over the bath the water went everywhere. . Receptionist was rude. Cleaning staff very polite.

“Prague at new year”

Stayed for 4 nights over the new year. Hotel is a wow when you walk in but the rooms are a bit of a let down. Clean bathrooms but who through yellow carpets was a good idea! This hotel, although impressive while entering it should have been rated as a four star one. The rooms were very clean but are dated and quite small. The windows do open to get some fresh air. This hotel, although impressive while entering it should have been rated as a four star one. The rooms were very clean but are dated and quite small. The windows do open to get some fresh air. The walls are almost paper thin.The bathrooms need an update asap. Breakfast although fresh, was nothing special as noted in other reviews. Scrumbled eggs, fried eggs, bacon, variety of cheese, sausages, bread, jam, fruit( true is I loved them) and in general what one usually finds in good hotels. The dinner at the hotel's restaurant was very average. Service was very good and polite. Location is excellent. But it is not a 5 star hotel. For the price paid I would have expected bigger and newer rooms.
