“Birthday treat ”
We stayed at this hotel for my birthday and what a treat it was! We were upgraded on arrival to a lovely suite on the third floor and the room was brilliant, it was big and bright and the view onto the street was amazing. The staff were helpful and friendly. We stayed at this hotel for my birthday and what a treat it was! We were upgraded on arrival to a lovely suite on the third floor and the room was brilliant, it was big and bright and the view onto the street was amazing. The staff were helpful and friendly. When we came back from sightseeing one day they had left a bottle of fizz and a slice of cake in our room which was a great touch. The bathroom was clean and tidy and the bed was really comfortable also. Definitely recommend this hotel, it’s in a great location not far from the famous astronomical clock ⏰

This hotel is in an amazing location, SO central that all the main tourist sites, train station etc are very easily accessible. On a less positive note breakfast was quite poor. This hotel is in an amazing location, SO central that all the main tourist sites, train station etc are very easily accessible. On a less positive note breakfast was quite poor. If you came down at 9am there was very little left, especially things like bread, croissants and prepared fruit. Our room was a junior suite and was inconveniently split into two levels with the bed being upstairs and the wardrobe downstairs. It was quite tired looking and could have done with the paint being freshened up and some new furniture. The bathroom however was spacious and clean, with a good strong shower. All staff we met were pleasant and polite. Overall I’d say it was a great location and I would stay again but next time I wouldn’t opt to have breakfast there.

“Great hotel for short business trips”
Great location, very nice staff, good breakfast. Being located in the Old Town the location is one of the best in town. Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. Being a regular at the hotel it is nice to see the staff reminds you and are so polite
