“Can I give it an 11 out of 10?”
First time in Prague...It's an absolutely magical city, especially at Christmas. Yes, it's crowded with tourists, but still, it's just incredibly gorgeous everywhere you look. First time in Prague...It's an absolutely magical city, especially at Christmas. Yes, it's crowded with tourists, but still, it's just incredibly gorgeous everywhere you look. This hotel is in the perfect spot in the city, right in the middle of everything, with gorgeous river and castle views, but it was still blissfully quiet and comfy. Staff, as usual for a Four Seasons, were amazing, friendly, kind. Breakfast was great. Our room was great. We ate the restaurant for dinner one night, and it was excellent. Had a massage at the spa, and that was excellent. I'm already dreaming of how soon I can return to Prague and stay at the Four Seasons again. Thanks to all the staff for making it such a wonderful stay. You are the best.

“1st choice in Prague”
Nothing really to complain about, front desk, concierge, housekeeping and hard product was all on Four Seasons standard. Nothing really to complain about, front desk, concierge, housekeeping and hard product was all on Four Seasons standard. I don’t think you can find a hotel with a better location in Prague, especially if you are a tourist. It’s close to most of the famous attractions and has tons of public transport options. The best thing is that you can go to the Charles Bridge early in the morning and almost have it for yourself! (It gets overcrowded past 9am). Cotto Crudo serves excellent breakfast and dinner, deserves a Michelin star!

The Four Seasons is an excellent hotel in a perfect location near the Old Town and the Charles Bridge, and it was an easy walk to Wenceslas Square and the New Town as well. There are many very good restaurants nearby. The hotel rooms are large and comfortable, with every amenity, a large mini-bar and coffee station in the room, and updated bathrooms. The hotel restaurant has excellent food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a good menu and a wonderful breakfast buffet. The best part about the hotel, however, is its staff. Everyone we dealt with at the hotel during our 4-day visit -- front desk, concierge, bellmen, housekeeping, restaurant waiters -- was very well trained, professional, helpful, and friendly. Two minor criticisms are, first, the hotel decor is mid-90's and needs to be updated, but that wasn't an issue for us. Second, there never seemed to be enough bartenders in the evenings -- we had to wait a long time for cocktails or wine. The manager, however, noticed the delay and gave customers complimentary wine while waiting for our drinks. The Four Seasons is probably the best option in Prague in terms of hotel quality, the location, and the staff -- we loved our stay there and will return in warmer weather to explore Prague further.

“Absolutely the best”
The best hotel in the city. Ideal location, not far from Charles Bridge. Highest service. Excellent food. If you are in Prague - definitely in the Four Seasons. Don't waste your time trying to find something better because there is nothing better in this city.

“Impeccable stay”
The Four Seasons was a beautiful place to stay for one night in Prague. It is so close to everything you would want to see but it is tucked away on the river. It was very quiet at night, the room was made up beautifully, and service was all around great. Breakfast was good.
