Excellent hotel at very central location in beautiful Prague. Everybody was very friendly from front desk to restaurant staff. Lobby seems to be renovated- got rid of its stale feeling! Got a free room upgrade with stunning river view. Room spacious with excellent bathroom. Breakfast all you can wish for with made to order omelettes etc. Spa, fitness and sauna spacious and complete. So a perfect stay!!

I stayed here with my family at Christmas time to see the Christmas market. Three of us stayed in one room. The room was very spacious with two king beds and a separate sitting area. The staff was very helpful in suggesting dining options as well as tracking down a tour guide when our previously arranged tour guide got sick. The hotel is right on the river and was a short three block walk to the old town center and Christmas market. I loved the hotel.

We stayed here for 4 days during the period the country went into lock down for corona virus. The staff were fantastic. Helpful friendly honest people who were facing job losses and huge uncertainty but still took the time to try and help us out. They offered to ring around local restaurants so we could find somewhere to celebrate our anniversary. They tried to keep us up to date with what was happening even though they must gave been desperately worried for their own future. Great view of the river. 5 minutes walk from everywhere. Definitely coming back

“Lovely hotel, unbelievable view”
Gorgeous hotel in the middle of the city. Very convenient to stay and visit. The restaurant on the top roof was amazing and the views over the old city were breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and attentive . Close to everything and super cosy.

“Great hotel i Prague”
Nice location, great breakfast, very friendly staff. Spacious rooms, had the executive room - and for two nights this is what you need. Excellent limo service at the hotel, great Spa and excellent Gym, and OK skimming pool. An excellent place to stay when visiting this city.
