The hotel is in a beautiful building only steps away from the main train station. From here it is a relatively short walk to all of the sites in the old section of Prague. The staff here is amazing; very friendly and attentive. Our room was very nice, we had upgraded to an executive room (room 611 has a great night-time view of the lit-up old city and castle complex). The breakfast was in an elegant dining room; there was plenty of food and choices, and the staff was very quick to offer refills and pick up dishes. I would definitely stay here again!

We visited as a group of friends. The staff are very welcomming and there is a night portiere and locked front doors during the night. Even though Prague is super safe to be in, it was still a nice addition There is also a mini bar in the room Even when we came home from the town at 06 in the morning, we where met with a smile and when we 2 hours later sat at breakfast holding on to the table with sunglasses on, we even got a little laugh from the staff The rooms are good, beds are good and the water is warm. The breakfast is good and the dinning room is really nice The reason for 4/5 stars are that the tv has only chezh language so its useless for international guests and the air condition was dripping condense water down on the floor after running for a little while and there was no iron and ironing board in a 5 star hotel But its small patatoes overall, but it cant take us up to a 5 star Overall we had a great time at this hotel

“Good and centrally located”
Great location within walking distance to the old town and a 5 minute walk main bus + train station and to the Museum metro stop, so getting around Prague was very easy, although after dark we did not feel safe walking to the hotel. Great location within walking distance to the old town and a 5 minute walk main bus + train station and to the Museum metro stop, so getting around Prague was very easy, although after dark we did not feel safe walking to the hotel. The room was spacious and quiet but missing kettle, tea, coffee. Also, no space in the bathroom to leave your things on and no coat hangers. Breakfast is good, freshly prepared and there is a decent variety but extra charge for good coffee.
