Very nice rooms and very comfortable beds, the pillows were very flat, so we had to ask for another one, and it was delivered immediately. Very nice bathrooms and good showers, in fact sleep is excellent. As for breakfast it was very good and plenty to choose, the hotel is well located to take trams and busses and ideal for a few days stay in Prague.

“Enjoyable Stay”
Cute hotel in a walkable location to many local eateries and attractions. Comfy spacious room with very comfy beds. Front staff super helpful and the breakfast was generous and fresh. Breakfast host was lovely. Overall an enjoyable stay.

This hotel was a disappointing experience for me. Except for an excellent location, everything else has a poor value for money. Throughout my stay I could not shake off the feeling that the owner has the attitude "why invest more in modernization and renovation while I am still getting customers". I would say that it is really surprising or bold to have such an attitude in a city with an enormous number of hotels. Breakfast, which was praised in many reviews was less than average - very limited choice and they use small plates only!!! So unless you are seriously watching your diet or are not shy to go for refills few times, you have a problem. From the new technology, (and it is incredible what you can see nowadays in some other hotels) they have very poor wi-fi in rooms and an electronic door lock (ugly looking) with a keypad. The feeling is that every time you walk to your room you are scared that the lady with the mechanical voice would scold you for not remembering your code. Thermostat regulating the ac is from the time such a device was invented and so user unfriendly that they had to glue a small manual on the wall next to it. Not to mention that you could not regulate the temperature at all, meaning you could not even turn it off. As for the parking, make sure you don't drive a "big" car because you will not be able to use the garage you made the reservation for. Big cars are parked on a nearby, not private parking, practically on the street, for which you also have to pay. Bathrooms are renovated, but the switch nob on the shower is something I have never seen in my life! I read that many guest complained about it not working, but it turned out that it only operates in the totally opposite way of everything logical you experienced before. All in all, Prague is a definite YES, but you might want to find different accommodation. And bare in mind that this is a hotel chain - so I would be very careful with all hotels under this brand.
