Helpful staff, great breakfast and easy access to town. Nice restaurants locally and the metro rails in next door allowing for a quick trip into the old town and Jewish quarter.

“Nice stay”
The hotel is fancy with a beautiful entrance/lobby area and a piano with calm melodies. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Breakfast was amazing with delicious pikcs for all tastes. the vibes are good and there is also a nice playing and games area.

A wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff, ambience and amenities ensured we were in for an exceptional stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Each member of staff were warm and smiling from luggage store to breakfast to front desk. Particular shout out to Sophia who welcomed us with a complimentary map and some tips to help us love this city more. Location was exceptional - 3 minute walk to the metro and tram stops immediately outside with frequent services at your luxury. Metro to city centre was less than 15 mins ride and very cheap. My advise is get a travel card for 72 hrs if on a weekend break. Services are every seven mins or so. Breakfast was a delight with such a great range and top quality produce accompanied under live music of a complimentary pianist. Rooms are large spacious and well equipped. Do feel they are due a refresh in next year or so but what a bed! Massive and great sleep. A complimentary gift for my wife’s birthday too was a lovely touch! If we return to Prague we would love to stay here again

Great hotel with a beautiful reception area and staircase. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We booked the executive lounge room which has free alcohol, hot, cold drinks and snacks. The sanwiches and cakes there are really nice. We arrived too early to check in and they let us use the executive lounge until our room was ready which was really nice. Then they gave us a welcome bottle of wine. Rooms are modern and comfortable. Breakfast is really nice with lots of great choices. Bottles of water also given on arrival and each day which was nice. Only a minutes walk from the Metro. Overall a fantastic hotel.

I am glad we chose this hotel as we had a lovely experience. 1. Close to the city centre, next to the hotel you can get metro, bus or tram. The public transport in Prague is very prompt. 2.The customer service was on a high level and I could see how the staff is trying to make you more comfortable. I am sure of we were not happy with the room they would have given us another. When we checked in we were given a gift - sparkling wine which was a nice touch. The guy at the reception who welcomed us was very professional and polite, thank you Ivan. 3. The rooms were very clean and daily we received a complimentary water.Again a very nice touch. 4. We used the room service and the pizzas and the salad were delicious. 5. We didn't try the restaurants as we wanted to wander and explore other places but next tome will try it 100%. 6. The breakfast is amazing! Great choices and the staff works very hard to ensure everything is working fine. 7. We paid a bit extra for executive room and as a bonus we could go to the executive lounge where fresh sandwiches and desserts were served. You can have as much as you like - wine, beer,bubbly, coffee, etc. 8. We had a great view,too.
