“Outstanding Service and Professionalism by Iveta and Kasim”
I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Prague Airport from January 23rd to 24th. After checking in, I went downstairs to request a room change. Even though the hotel was fully booked, Iveta assisted me, and I received a new key and left. About 20 minutes later, I realized I was missing my phone. Aft… more
I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Prague Airport from January 23rd to 24th. After checking in, I went downstairs to request a room change. Even though the hotel was fully booked, Iveta assisted me, and I received a new key and left. About 20 minutes later, I realized I was missing my phone. After searching the room multiple times, I remembered that I had been holding my phone while changing rooms. I went back to the reception and asked if the staff could check the security cameras, as that was the last place I remembered having my phone. Without hesitation, Iveta contacted security and asked Kasim to review the footage. Within about 10 minutes, Kasim identified a guest who had approached the reception area just two minutes after I left and appeared to take the phone. Kasim quickly traced the guest to the 5th floor. Since there were no cameras on the floor, Iveta began meticulously checking the bookings one by one, as she remembered checking that guest in. Thanks to her attention to detail, she identified the guest’s room. Together with Kasim, they went upstairs and successfully retrieved my phone. I am extremely grateful for their help and professionalism in this situation. Despite her shift having ended, Iveta stayed to assist me, demonstrating remarkable dedication. Her incredible memory and attention to detail were invaluable. Kasim, though new to the hotel, worked efficiently and did an excellent job locating the individual. The teamwork, persistence, and customer-focused attitude displayed by Iveta and Kasim were truly outstanding. They turned what could have been a stressful and frustrating situation into a positive experience. Their exemplary service reflects the high standards of your hotel and leaves a lasting impression of care and commitment. Iveta and Kasim are truly assets to your team, and I hope their exceptional efforts are recognized and celebrated.

“GOOD STAY AND A MUCH APPRECIATED ADDITIONAL SERVICE”

Helpful reception staff welcomed and assisted with a car parking problem we were having and quickly smoothed over what would have been a slightly stressful arrival. The room was an upgrade due to loyalty status with a wide window view of the runway. The room itself was clean, modern, sleek and had a very fresh feel. Had the usual Marriot amenities which was all we needed for a one night stay over prior to an early departure. We weren’t here long enough to appreciate the hotel in its entirety but we did have a drink at the bar which is in a lovely wide open space with lots of seats, tables etc and friendly bar staff who provided a prompt service. I didn’t eat in the restaurant but the menu had a very good selection of food offerings. I used the gym which is small but seems ample for the use it gets. Open 24/7 which is always a bonus, especially in an Airport hotel. Location is fantastic if using pre or post flight to Prague Airport. Literally on its doorstep. Now where this hotel when over and above was when I arrived at Prague airport after a delayed flight the day before. I was already booked in for my stay when departing and had a sister hotel booking at the Courtyard in Pilsen for the duration of my stay. However with the aid of a call from the Pilsen hotel I was able to spend the morning at the Airport hotel whilst awaiting my lift as they couldn’t arrive that early (all due to the delayed flight). I was warmly welcomed by Jan and treated perfectly with access to gym, luggage stored and a comfortable wait in the reception till I was able to head to Pilsen. This certainly made my late arrival a much better experience. These things are what keeps guests returning time after time. Thank you.

Special thank you to Eva at the front desk. She was so very kind and welcoming. Also, the servers in the restaurant were very attentive and friendly. The hotel was spacious and well maintained. It was such a pleasant stay! I highly recommend this location as it was perfect for our needs. Not only can you easily walk to Prague Terminal 1 and 2, the AirPort Express bus goes straight to the Central Rail Station, making for easy travel to other parts of the country.

“Perfrect place to stay for an early flight”
Stayed one night as we had a 650 flight and the access to terminal two was a quick 5 min covered walk with our luggage. “Nice location across the street from the mall and subway station”
The hotel was built in 2006 and has 160 rooms. The only side issue for us Americans is that the bathrooms have BATHS verses the walk-in shower feature. The morning breakfast is very nice with bacon that is ALMOST crispy (verses what we have experienced in Asia and other European countries, as soft ham). The hotel is located in the New Town side of the river. There is the Flora subway station at a large shopping mall directly across from our hotel which makes travel through the city very easy). If you are over 65 the subway is free. Sleep was OK, but Tom always had an issue with a new bed and YES, we are back to the Doeve bed covering with the blanket inside a sheet sack, which Tom does not care for. Giving this Courtyard by Marriot Prague hotel a hinge rating of 4.3 (scale of 0-5).
