“nice location but not very good customer service”
nice location easy transport to the city centre ,the rooms are clean ,the customer service not great the staff is almost like they are angry and hotel staff should be very polite and friendly .The card for the lift hardy works we have mentioned few times that needs fixing but been ignored

“Very clean and modern hotel, excellent value.”
Looked at a few hotels and initially booked one that was twice the price of this one. So glad I changed my location. Its a quick 10 minute tram ride into central Praha which is the best way to get around. Breakfast was a typical continental affair, hotdog style sausage was the only meat available... more
