“Amazing hotel”
The hotel was situated in a great location, close to both trains and hoop up buses. The staff at the front desk were both friendly and helpful. It's a matter of curiosity that they do speak English. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel,

We picked this hotel as it had good reviews, and is near to many places we wanted to visit - not to mention the tram network just around the corner. The staff are so friendly, pleasant and so very helpful, they really couldn't do enough. From booking us onto the Hop-on Hop-off but tour, recommending places for an evening meal and providing us with a map of the tram network. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, breakfasts very good - lots of choice and variety. The rooms are lovely - comfortable, contained a fridge (very useful) and a lovely bathroom. I'd certainly stay there again.

We stayed here as part of a Jet2 city break package and it was perfectly fine. We were warmly welcomed on arrival, warned not to use the ATM in their reception due to the high cost (we used the bank across the road instead). We were given the information about breakfast time and were told just to ask if we needed anything. Our room was fine although very warm until we turned down the heating. We did request two more pillows as the one each we had were really soft. We found the bed comfortable but it was twin beds pushed together but with a separate duvet on each. The shower is over quite a high bath and the attachment was fixed to the wall, and we had to ensure the spray was directed at the wall so that we didn’t soak the floor. The towels could do with being renewed as they were quite rough and one had a hole in it and they could do with being bigger. Breakfast was good with hot and cold options, good choice of bread and pastries with cereal, fruits juice machine and coffee etc. The breakfast area isn’t very big and was a bit tight on space but it was clean and used crockery removed swiftly. Great location , only 10 minutes walk from Wenceslas Square and if you take a walk around the local area, there’s plenty of restaurants, bars and coffee shops with a Tesco Express a couple of minutes walk away. Overall, this is a decent budget hotel in a great location and we would probably stay again.

“Let Down By The Bed.”
Clenliness No issues. Superb all round. Technology. The keycard had an unusual wi-fi signal to tap to open the door (threw us a bit at the start) but worked once we knew where to put the card. Clenliness No issues. Superb all round. Technology. The keycard had an unusual wi-fi signal to tap to open the door (threw us a bit at the start) but worked once we knew where to put the card. The A/C was superb but the TV had no English subtitles so is redundant to English speaking tourists. On a positive note a kettle was in the room instead of those blasted nespresso contraptions!Simple and it boiled swiftly. Bathroom. Two foibles here. The first was the shower gel that produced a rash in both of us (we got our own after this). Tthis is not for the majority of people but it's worthy of note for sensitive skin. The bath is also VERY high to get into so those with mobility issues might struggle. No issues with supplies or cleanliness however. Bed Poor. It hurts as the mattress was far too soft meaning it lacked support and the pillows were insane. One was the size of the back seat of a cavalier, the other the size of a napkin. Neither offered support as they were too soft. Service. Excellent. Was recommended two resteraunts (1 we wnet to), had a taxi called for us on our check-out day and was given tips by a young lad who worked the reception. Cannot fault this. Breakfast bar. Options became more restricted by the end of the week but there was still enough to go round with proper honeycomb on the buffet being a major boost. Overall this hotel would be superb were it not for a bed that you can get sleep on instead of being woefully soft.

Very central, close to both tram points and metro station. Modern and nicely decorated, good choice at breakfast, although the orange juice was SO diluted, it tasted of nothing. Room was OK - the bath was VERY deep and difficult to get into it you are short; there is no directional holder for the shower head on the wall, so you have to leave the shower head in the bath, and hold it when you are showering. I thought there was no plug near the mirror for my own hairdryer, until the last day when I spotted one, while coming out of the bathroom - a foot back underneath the bottom shelf of the wardrobe - I would have had to crawl on hands and knees to plug anything in!! The beds were VERY uncomfortable - 2 single beds pushed together (we had booked a double) and the pillows... I can honestly say they were the WORST pillows I have had in any hotel in the world: a large pillow case, which appeared to be a third filled with cotton wool balls, absolutely no support whatsoever - I slept SO badly. Despite being in such a convenient position, we won't stay here again because of the beds/pillows.
