Room was specious and clean, view on the street and yes, it was noisy day and night. Free WiFi in the room, nothing to pay, breakfast was OK. If you have few days in the city, it's a good value for the money.

Taking in consideration price, location and hotel facilities, I can say that hotel was good choise for staying a few nights in Prague. Hotel is located near old city. Only breakfast is offered, food choices can be better. We stayed in room 205, clean and old fashioned space. Low internet speed is free of charge, for our needs more than enough. Heating was correctly. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room, because Prague is city with many places to visit and lit of attractions are near this hotel.

This hotel is extremely good value for a budget break. The rooms where clean and well kept as was the communal areas. The reception is open 24hrs and they are polite and accomodatiting. We had a room on the top floor on the first night we realised one of the beds was broke (almost fall through the base) and the sky light window wouldn't open so we woke uncomfortable and very warm in a small stuffy room. After speaking to reception who where brilliant changing our room and apologising. Breakfast was nice but we experience that there wasn't enough room to sit in the breakfast room so we sat at the tables in reception. Reception didn't mind and were again very accommodating however one of the house keeping staff took offence to this shouting at us to move to the breakfast room we tried to explain the room was full but she didn't understand us nor us her. Reception again said it's fine she will be fine but she clearly wasn't as she was then shouting at him. He insisted everything was fine and she was but aggressiveness and rudeness come across no matter the language. I would suggest she works on her customer service skills if she is going to front of house and communicating with guests. Other than that very pleasent place to stay in a convenient location. I would stay again. Oh I would also recommend a blind for the skylight windows.

This hotel is a long walk from IP metro station, you would get very wet in the rain - it was hot and sunny when we went. As for a courtyard room if you dont sleep easily, the street is very very busy from 0600 with traffic and lots of drunks up and down at night. There are no frills. wifi cost extra, hairdryer is extra, safe is extra. I didnt have greakfast I was out too early. Ask for a refurbished room too. They have a really nice shower, the other rooms are very tatty. There is no supermarket or tram stop nearby either. The lady on reception was lovely however and really friendly.

The location is great. It is near the city center, but the receptionist was really unfriendly and rude. The dinner was in my price but after the first one I didn't even eat there because it was untasty and the restaurant where the breakfast and dinner are served are in the hotel's basement. The breakfast was also bad but at least the coffee was nice.
