This ideally located hotel exceeded my expectations on every level, most notably its friendly & helpful staff. I had mislaid my tote on a bus and Renata at the front desk went above & beyond to help me. She tracked it down with contents intact, and arranged for me to retrieve it! The hotel is only a few minutes' walk from major tram stops; the room was clean, neat and mini fridge was handy. It was very quiet despite fronting a street; breakfast buffet was ample w/fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, meat, cheese, etc., and regularly replenished. The Gothic Cellar has plenty of seating and atmosphere for diners. An elevator and parlor round out the hotel's offerings. At a fair & equitable price, this hotel truly is a gem and a great home away from home for a week's stay.

“Unforgettable experience!”
Excellent location within walking distance to almost all the important parts of Prague. Very polite staff, always available to offer help. Very good breakfast. The rooms are cozy, and comfortable. I would be happy to spend my next trip to Prague in this hotel again.

“Cozy & authentic escape in Prague ”
Perfect location in an authentic setting. A lovely cozy hotel, very romantic as well. Comfortable bed, very spacious bathroom, and they have great breakfast . Location is perfect; within 6-8 min to most pf the desired sites. Very clean, and friendly staff.

Ok hotel very central located in Prague. Rooms ok for a 3* hotel. The building is very old (from 1200!), and the style very 1970. We had booked 2 suites, but it turned out they had only one, the rest were like junior suites. The one we were offered had a very creaky floor and chairs, but a good bed… more
Ok hotel very central located in Prague. Rooms ok for a 3* hotel. The building is very old (from 1200!), and the style very 1970. We had booked 2 suites, but it turned out they had only one, the rest were like junior suites. The one we were offered had a very creaky floor and chairs, but a good bed. We were lucky to change rooms with our friends, and got the suite we thought we had booked. They loved the room, so everybody happy! Nice staff and very good breakfast, not plentyful but good enough with everything we needed. Might come back!
