Amazing! I highly recommend this hotel. Close to the new town and amenities and a short pleasant 20 minute walk to the old town. Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast has a good selection, there is something for everyone. The highlight of this hotel is the staff. They cannot do enough for you - from the time you check in to check out they have went above and beyond in looking after us. They’re extremely accommodating and the definition of hospitable. Thank you.

“Nice”
Very big and clean apartment on the top floor! It would suit for even 8 person! Spacious with beautiful view for downtown of Prague. Close to the city center. Big plus for parking. Good breakfast but could be better. Nice bathroom with a bathtube!

It’s nothing glitzy – but as hotels go it’s well worth a stay. This is a spacious, very well maintained, clean, affordable, and comfortable hotel, a short walk to but not mired within the crowded historic center of this remarkable city. The hotel is also close to many different neighboring restaurants, cafes, shops, bars, and museums. The guest rooms are large for the price, with all the wall, ceiling, and floor (carpet) finishes are of a very good standard. Lots of sunshine through large windows – but the occasional late-night shouting from passing rowdy revelers walking down Tuchin Street can be an irritant. General room lighting at night is pretty dim, but the bedside reading lights are great. There is plenty of space for hanging and storing clothes. The artwork on the walls would benefit from some more diversity – all the prints are by the same artist, in the same sepia tones. Most are pleasant enough, but my room had a print of two people getting romantic in lighting each other’s cigarettes – yuck! Two elevators – one large, and one tiny - really help in getting guests and their luggage in and out of the hotel. We had a lovely bathroom in our two-bedroom suite – well designed, with attractive tiling and a bidet, a big mirror, and a deep and really long bathtub (big enough for two) with ample hot water – such a rarity these days. It’s also got a very slippery surface, so beware. Climbing up and into the tub (which is also a shower) is rather challenging for older, shorter guests, and the shower/tub enclosure would be made so much safer were there a safety grab bar installed up at chest level on the wall – but there isn’t. What would make this hotel really special would be to have a small room refrigerator and a microwave in each guest room, or even just one in the suite. There is a coffee maker in the suite, and there is a very good breakfast downstairs included in the price. The video monitors in each bedroom apparently can be made to play English language shows, but we never managed to find out how. Only one of the two bedrooms has a full-length mirror; both ought to. Also, only one bedroom has a wastebasket – both ought to have one. Th "do not disturb" sign on the door is a waste of time. The cleaning lady came in repeatedly, despite the sign on the doorknob, and without knocking first. The management and the staff at the front desk are exceptionally friendly, helpful, speak excellent English, and really work hard to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They are also very good communicators, as we saw when making our reservations before we arrived in Prague.

Even though it's a bit of a walk to the Old Town, I appreciated the quiet location, light traffic and no hordes of tourists. The walk to the Old Town, however, is doable and people who don't like to walk can take a tram. All staff members were polite and helpful. I don't think I ever walked in without being greeted with a smile. Breakfast was good and varied. The day I left (before dawn) I was given a breakfast box without having to ask for one. A nice surprise.
