“Wooow what a place to stay”

In November we visited Zagreb and stayed at the Westin, and choosing this hotel was the best decision we made for this trip. Wow, what a hotel! Wow, what a service! From arrival in front of the hotel, check-in, breakfast service, and check-out... we felt welcome at every step. We had the opportunity to meet the reception manager, Ines, and I'll just say, what a girl! Thank you, Ines. The wellness is renovated and beautiful, and the service is excellent. The hotel itself is beautiful; the rooms, restaurants, and bars are excellent. The people at the hotel are warm and really try to make your stay as best as possible. It can be seen that the hotel is well managed; congratulations to the hotel manager for a job well done... We are coming back again in January, and we can't wait to be with you again. Thank you for making our stay in Zagreb unforgettable.

Almost faultless stay at a great hotel. Check-in process was reasonably smooth with very friendly (trainee) receptionist. She answered all my questions. Room was a deluxe queen suite. Very clean and comfortable. Decor was fine and being a corner room with more windows, light. Air conditioning was poor and offered little cooling. Highlight of the stay was the restaurant. Ate two breakfasts and two dinners there and it was absolutely flawless. Incredible buffet selection. Special mention to Vlado, whose knowledge, attentiveness and friendly service was exceptional. If I’m ever in Zagreb again, I wouldn’t look to stay anywhere else.

Wonderful breakfast, large and modern fitness area. Very nice staff, particulary Vlado from the restaurant, very caring. Very central location, 10 minutes Walt from the touristique city center. Rooms and decroration are a bit old-aged.
