“Happy customers”
Overall great experience with our stayed. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Our room was upgrade as a platinum member though we did not get our preference room. I used swimming pool but water was cold. Wish it’s a heated pool. Breakfast has good selection. Highly recommended for this … more

Wonderful stay at Sheraton Zagreb. Great location. Super friendly staff. Special kudos to Christian at breakfast restaurant. He was helpful , courteous and accommodating. Also to Paola at the front desk. She made us feel very welcomed. She was very friendly and took care of all of our hotel needs.… more

One of the best hotels ever, the staff of the reception, bar , breakfast, restaurant are all very Professional and kind. Made me feel like at home. “Modern comfortable and quiet.”
This is a well appointed hotel with comfortable, quiet rooms. I was especially pleased to see that the bath towels included face clothes which is something you don't usually see in this region. “The faucet is scary”
The faucet in the sink splashes everywhere. You have to turn it on super slowly. The pillows are fluffy. The location is good, walking distance to downtown. And they have Taxi service available. The staff speaks English. We didn't have breakfast but it looks nice.
