“Perfect Experience!”
Although the parking is a little challenging to navigate (you can’t drive on the streets in front of the hotel so you need to understand the parking process), it was in a great location once settled. Although the parking is a little challenging to navigate (you can’t drive on the streets in front of the hotel so you need to understand the parking process), it was in a great location once settled. Lots of restaurants and shopping right there! The breakfast is huge and generous and the rooms were large and well appointed. I lost a necklace down the drain and they quickly retrieved it for me! The bar is a large seating area- more lounge than bar but the bartender was attentive.

“Probably the BEST location!”
This hotel is located right on the main square of the city so it is close to most of the major city attractions. Check-in was quick and easy, and the elevators worked great. This hotel is located right on the main square of the city so it is close to most of the major city attractions. Check-in was quick and easy, and the elevators worked great. Our room was on the 2nd floor of the newer section of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and there was enough storage for our things. The towels were very thin and we wished there were more places to plug in our electrical devices, but we managed. The biggest issue was the room temperature was too warm (20 Celsius) to use the duvet that was on the bed. Since the hotel centrally controlled the temperature, there was no way to regulate it other than opening the window which then required us to use earplugs so as to sleep through the noise of trash trucks and conversations in the street in front of the hotel.

We stayed in Hotel Dubrovnik during our recent visit to Zagreb. We were very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hotel. It is probably the most centrally located hotel in the city. We stayed in Hotel Dubrovnik during our recent visit to Zagreb. We were very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hotel. It is probably the most centrally located hotel in the city. (possibly the nicest one as well) Our room was spacious. It could do without the stained carpet.... but that's ok. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Now to the staff.... the gentleman from the front desk who helped us with our luggage was very friendly & genuine. Everyone else didn't get the "smile " memo. Overall we had a very good stay that exceeded our expectations.

“Don't eat in the restaurant!”
We had a light snack in the restaurant attached to the hotel. Food was OK but the service was slow and the wait for the food was ridiculous. Poorly run and managed. The place was virtually empty despite the time - 7pm - so I guess the locals know better.
