“Exceptional staff”
I have been coming to this hotel for over 15 year, from time to time. Their facility is nice and good value for the money, location is excellent, but what stands out is their staff forthcoming, welcoming, making me feel comfortable regardless what time of day or night I arrive to the facility.

“pleasant hotel at the entrance to the city”
A very pleasant hotel at the entrance to the city. There is enough space for parking a car. The room was rather small, but very comfortable. The breakfast is extremely rich. The staff is friendly. The hotel is very clean and tidy.

“Good hotel for transient travel”
Very welcoming hotel. Little off the main road, but good rooms. In order to get to city center you can take a taxi or the tram. The rooms were well equipped and clean. One minor issue is that the air system is connected to the kitchen, so you can smell cooking in morning and night.

“Dishonest housekeeping”
The hotel was ok but we were not happy with the dishonesty of the housekeeping. My friends left behind an envelope with money which was meant to pay our tour operator on the table in their room. They remembered half an hour later after we left the hotel. Our guide called the hotel but they said it … more
The hotel was ok but we were not happy with the dishonesty of the housekeeping. My friends left behind an envelope with money which was meant to pay our tour operator on the table in their room. They remembered half an hour later after we left the hotel. Our guide called the hotel but they said it is no envelope to be found. The envelope contained EUR 430 and it had names and amount written on it. It is also bulky so it is not possible for housekeeping to miss it or for them to think that the envelope is for them. We only stayed there a night and it is improbable that anyone would leave a tip that is much more than the cost of the hotel stay. I hope this serves as a warning to potential guests that they be wary of dishonest housekeeping in that hotel.
