“old fashion story”
It's very good hotel not because of excelent service, clean room and very good breakfast ,It's just because od old desine hotel on very good spat. Need some renovation to get that exelent rate...we enjoyed our stay

“Business overnight”
The hotel is clean and breakfast is correct. The position is very nice, it is close to Arena center. On the other hand the bathroom is pretty common, for example there is no hair dryer. PROBLEM WAS LADY ON RECEPTION. Very unfriendly, rude & totally uninterested.

The hotel is a 3 star but it is in dire need of a major refurbishment. It's not bad as some reviewers have commented but certainly feels and looks shabby. Some positives of the hotel are that it is in a great locaton (50m away from Zagreb Arena, and 300m away from Arena Shopping Centre) and the staff are amazing. In particular the waiting staff are great with a couple of older gentlemen who really show that they love what they do. A big negative is the crappy Wifi in the hotel. You will not get a service anywhere far from the main lobby. Overall it's not bad if you are staying for a short break but I would avoid if you are used to higher European standards.

“It is just OK”
Stayed for three nights during business trip in March (tourism fair at Arena nearby). Good hotel although old, room was clean. The breakfast is a little poor. WiFi is very slow. The bathroom is equipped with basic, no hairdryer (ask for one at reception desk). Lot of parking space.
