With the new concept of hotel management, the BLUESUN group has successfully offered its guests a level of service that has long been sought after on the Adriatic coast. Offering almost all the amenities of a resort and hotel, Hotel Alga is a kind of fusion that will offer you an active vacation with a wide range of water sports as well as a relaxing vacation in the shade of a pine forest along the promenade along the entire coast of Tučepi. Boarding offer and service are at a high level, where special mention should be made of the choice of food and drinks, maintenance of cleanliness, friendly staff, and free service of children's kindergarten and beach towels. During our stay, my family and I did not have any complaints, and I think that the other earlier users of the "all inclusive" variants in Turkey, Tunisia and Egypt will not be dissatisfied either. The FULL PANSION PLUS concept is a hit and I hope BLUESUN will have the same offer and prices next season. The hotel is intended for families with children, younger and older couples, and we wholeheartedly recommend it! See you soon!

“Comfortable hotel in a lovely location”

It was our first visit to Croatia and picked Bluesun Alga as it had favourable reviews. I am not a fan of large hotels but as a first timer to the country it ticked all the facilities for us as a family. First thing I noticed was that it was very clean and well staffed. Reception bar area was spotless and pool area was very welcoming. There was always someone on duty and would soon come over to see if you would like a drink. The room was minimal but comfortable with a balcony with a pretty good view. Staff came in every day and made beds and changed towels. Slept well and was surprisingly quiet. There was a fridge in the room useful for keeping bottled drinks etc cold. The only thing we would have liked in the rooms was a kettle and drink making stuff rather then buying drinks downstairs. We did half board so had buffet breakfast and buffet evening meal in the gigantic dining area. Plenty of choices and the evening menu changed most days with different dishes aswell as the staple salads and breads. Breakfast was the same every day but still plenty of choice. We got free drinks at breakfast but unless you pay full board you don't get drinks in the evening not even water. Considering the drinks facilities from breakfast were there but covered up, it would have been nice to have had free water and coffee/tea. The staff were very efficient at keeping things topped up and cleaning as they went. Very impressed. Facilities were good. Outdoor pools and indoor pool. Our only gripe which prevented us using outdoor pool was that they were just too cold. At least one heated one would have been nice. Weather was about 23 or 24 each day but not enough to heat the water. The best part of the hotel was the location. Right on the beach front it was great and about a 10 min walk you were at some shops and cafes. Also not far from buses which was useful a couple of times. We did a trip up to biokovo skywalk which you could see from the hotel. This was organised by a lady in reception who you could book activities with. Definitely recommend that one. A tuk tuk arrived at the hotel to take us up the mountain. All in all a good first impression and had everything we needed to enjoy the week

The hotel itself is nice , our plane was delayed 3 hrs so we arrived at 2 am , there was a cold meal left in the room but unfortunately we couldn't eat it as it was warm when we arrived , after a long delay and transfer we were extremely thirsty but there was no where here to get a drink at that ti… more

The hotel itself is nice , our plane was delayed 3 hrs so we arrived at 2 am , there was a cold meal left in the room but unfortunately we couldn't eat it as it was warm when we arrived , after a long delay and transfer we were extremely thirsty but there was no where here to get a drink at that time ,no vending machine or anything. The staff are not particularly friendly , the food is absolutely awful considering how much this hotel cost ,recommend not having meals here and going else where ,they also charge 3 times as much for drinks as the local restaurants . We ended up going elsewhere for food which was a shame and a waste of money . Nice hotel but needs improvement in other parts
