Just spent a wonderful week in this apartment. Our 1st time in Croatia certainly won’t be our last. The owner welcomed us when we arrived .Asked if we needed anything to ask. Just spent a wonderful week in this apartment. Our 1st time in Croatia certainly won’t be our last. The owner welcomed us when we arrived .Asked if we needed anything to ask. Didn’t need to the apartment was spotless. The kitchen was fully equipped. Air conditioning. Sea view watched the sun go down every evening. The beach was about 2 minutes walk. We have been on many holidays but this is my favourite. Can’t wait to book again. Mo and Mick 😊😊

My second visit to Villa Luketa and it was even better than the first time! Its in a perfect location right on Podstrana beach with beautiful sea views from your balcony. Ivo and his brother and sister are the perfect hosts and so helpful, nothing is too much trouble and they are very knowledgeable when we asked about tips for days trips etc. The apartment has everything you'll need, kettle, toaster, cooker, microwave, fridge, table and chairs, hairdryer, wardrobe. The air con is really good and there is a large, very comfy double bed. There is plenty of hot water too and a good shower. There is a sofa and tv too. There are supermarkets close by, pizza shop, lots of restaurants and beach bars etc. There are bus stops right outside and the location of this place is perfect as you are 30 mins from Omis one way and 30 mins from Split the other direction! From Split we took boat trips to Brac Island and Hvar Island and they were both amazing!! Omis is just beautiful too, well worth a visit. I just can't fault this place and it's why I will keep returning. Its been a perfect holiday and I highly recommend staying here!!

Very welcoming, super friendly. Good clean apartments for self catering. Had another great holiday at villa Luketa, nicely relaxed. Supermarkets close by. Nice walking along the beach and river. Very welcoming, super friendly. Good clean apartments for self catering. Had another great holiday at villa Luketa, nicely relaxed. Supermarkets close by. Nice walking along the beach and river. Apartment very close to get to the beach, down a few steps. Close to bus stops, we got two buses, one from airport to split, then the 60 bus, split to Omis. Got off just up the road from villa luketa. Lovely lovely time had, thank you.

“Quiet, relaxing and friendly”

Friendly welcoming family for whom nothing seemed to be a problem. We arrived a day late due to a cancelled flight and they were unfazed. We had an evening departure flight and they let us stay in the room until late with no extra charge.They clearly put a lot of thought into fitting out the rooms … more

Friendly welcoming family for whom nothing seemed to be a problem. We arrived a day late due to a cancelled flight and they were unfazed. We had an evening departure flight and they let us stay in the room until late with no extra charge.They clearly put a lot of thought into fitting out the rooms and kitchen, which had everything you could need. Lovely sea views from the room and your own sun loungers. A massive comfy bed, good shower and just down some steps to the beach. It IS on a very busy road, but we didn't suffer from traffic noise - in fact the rooms further down are wonderfully quiet. However walking to the shops, restaurants or bus stop requires a modicum of bravery, as pavements are in short supply. They could have emptied the bins in the room (they were quite full after 9 days) but that is the only minor quibble about a very enjoyable stay.
