“This hotel is fantastic ”
This is the perfect hotel if you like casual elegance. You feel welcomed from the moment you arrive by young staff who couldn't do enough to help. We are definitely coming back. Thanks Wilson and Win you guys rock!!! Will try and come back next year

Staffs are so friendly and professionals! From making a reservation thru phone, check-in to check-out, very smooth and fast! I forgot to get the name of the hskp and operator, they are all nice!🥺 Thank you so much! Will be back soon!❤️

“The Countdown Hotel - City of Dreams Macao”
Had a brilliant stay. It was clean, in a good location. Staff named Yvonne, Andrew and JC were extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and would certainly stay here again..

“Christmas eve stay”
Overall experience is ok. The facility is still in good condition, although the ac cannot be controlled manually unless I off it. And the toilet have only one tissue roll. The environment is pretty quiet actually which is in a good way for me.
