On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“A good hotel at the Chinese southern region”
The rooms was clean and comfortable. Close to the shopping areas and restaurant. The compliment breakfast was pretty good and provided order to cook items. The Bus terminal to Hong Kong was outside the hotel with easy access. The price to stay was very reasonable

“Clean and comfortable”
The hotel is old but the rooms are nice clean and comfortable. The air-con in my room was not turned on when I arrived and the room did take a while to get cool. “Not too bad!!”
I came back to this hotel after 6 years and they are still in pretty good shape Used to be one of the "key" hotel for Chinese Officials. “Easy area, clean rooms, Convenient to shopping and eating.”
This is a big hotel that is older but clean. It is a few blocks away from the shopping area which includes indoor malls as well as outdoor stores. It is behind the hotel across the short bridge.
