“Good hotel but let down by the hotel's tour operator”
The hardware and location is top notch as mentioned by the other reviewers. However the service (front office) needs to be improved for it to be a true 5-star. “Exceptional location in Xiamen and great service”
We had a short one-night stay here as part of a family trip to China. We arrived toward mid-evening and check-in took a bit of time as there a few of us in the party and the front desk had to scan all passports and visa pages. “Great hotel let down by shoddy practices”
The rooms are huge and fanastic in terms of the comfort and cleanliness. The location is also a big plus as it's near to the major tourist spots.
