“A pleasant surprise”
This Sheraton is close to metro station. Has the standard amenities you expect from Sheraton. The pool water temperature was perfect and sauna on site was just an added bonus. Front desk staff was friendly to Bonvoy member.

“Modern stay with Grand Entrance...”
Stayed here for two weeks during my visit to Wuxi. The first thing you will see on entering the hotel is the grand foyer with enormous chandelier that will leave you wondering how it is possible. “More shadow as light”
Hotel already quite old but in good location. Suites are nice and big. Main negative point is the service and the lounge. Food not marriott standard, service unacceptable unfriendly. If you look for a good marriott hotel do not use this hotel.
