“Great rooms and breakfast”
Checked in very late, lost in translation as English was not an option. Overall great rooms, spacy, light and clean with sea view. Breakfast buffet has a wide variety of dishes, at a very reasonable price (50 rmb).

“Average 4-star hotel, with beach nearby”
Proximity to the beach is okay for the nightly room rate paid. From a standpoint of accommodating to Westerners, I rate it as "Average." Most of the staff I encountered had little English speaking capability. Room size was normal, and 4-star quality for China.

“Handy to Dameisha Seaside Park”
It is handy to the beach - although I could not recommend swimming there. If you only speak English, expect some communication difficulties as in two visits I have yet to meet a staff member who speaks English. Rooms are serviceable and clean and bed is comfortable. Genuine 3 star.

“Not clean enough...”
The bed and the pillow cover was not clean with filth. The swimming pool is too small. I think it is shorter than 25m. The price is expensive. With similar price I have experienced better quality service at other hotels at Shenzhen before.
