“Good service, good attitude, friendly”
I stayed here for 7 days. During this period, Cao Xiaohong was responsible for cleaning our suite. She had a good service attitude and responded to our requests. She would definitely meet all our needs and clean the room very well. Everyone in the room was very satisfied.

“Aussie Family”
Always happy with accommodation, food, service provided . Horizon Club facilities excellent, food caters for all varied tastes. Friendly, courteous staff (Julia,Freya,Leslie,Irene,Jocelyn, Nina,) looked after us so well we were sad to say goodbye but know we will be back soon

“Value for money”
Location is great, right in front of the speed trains to Guangdong and also the MTRs. Food is abundant around the place. Rooms are large, could possibly house 4 people on the giant bed easily. Great value for money. Food quite easily found around the hotel.
