“Feel home!”
3rd time in this property. Always feel welcome by the staff. This time I am impressed by Gary Lin from concierge. The extra effort from Gary carried the high standards of Shangrila hotel. Definitely will stay here again. Thank you and happy Holidays.

“Excellent hotel and horizon lounge experience”
I stayed at Shangri-La Shenzhen in August with my family. It was a truly relaxing experience. The hotel is clean and well equipped. The staff was incredibly friendly, in particular Jocelyn and Freya in the Horizon Lounge, and were always ready with a smile to help

“Good service, good attitude, friendly”
I stayed here for 7 days. During this period, Cao Xiaohong was responsible for cleaning our suite. She had a good service attitude and responded to our requests. She would definitely meet all our needs and clean the room very well. Everyone in the room was very satisfied.
