“A wonderful hotel.”
Only a few minutes walk from the metro station (Exit C). Reception staff were polite and professional. We booked the superior room but got upgraded to an ocean view room which was very nice! Stayed here several times usually only for 1/2 days on business. Good quality hotel on Dameisha beachfront. Rooms are modern and clean and very large! Here for a meeting, so the hotel was chosen for us. But it was a really good choice. Reception staff were helpful, though English was limited. “Nice environment and hotel but intolerable staff service”
The hotel has a relatively nice environment near the beach. Its advantage is all the rooms have a balcony. It is quite nice to have sun and can hang your clothes outdoors. The bad thing about this hotel is the staff. They are poorly trained and they don't speak English. We have a terrible complaint… more
