“Overall good stay”
Front desk and concierge are friendly. Annyuki and Kaiser help me get change for my taxi ride and to go. Hotel breakfast has a variety of food. Executive lounge is quiet- staff are very friendly. The variety of happy hour need to be enhanced a bit more

“GREAT STAFF. BAD LOUNGE FOOD”
This hotel is very beautiful! The staff are the best. The dood at the executive floor is everything bad,however. The bellboy, Kim included bottles if water in our swnd off which was literally thoughtful and refreshing! The rest of the lounge staff like Molly and the concierge team are excellent!
