“Overall good stay”
Front desk and concierge are friendly. Annyuki and Kaiser help me get change for my taxi ride and to go. Hotel breakfast has a variety of food. Executive lounge is quiet- staff are very friendly. The variety of happy hour need to be enhanced a bit more

“Ancient Television😬”
I stayed in a RENOVATED room. Towels not plushy but thin. It is unbelievable that they are still using an ancient model philips television. I dont think it acceptable for a luxury JW Marriott chain. This is the Futian branch JW Marriott. Cut short my stay.
