“Great place to visit while in SZ”
Server Olin, at Show Kitchen, provided warm, personal, and attentive service that met and exceeded GH's own high standard. The restaurant is located on the 32nd floor, with a paramountic view along with good food and great service, makes this a great place to spend your afternoon and evening.

Great experience at the Grand hyatt shenzhen, I was there for a short visit for work and the staff upgraded my room which was a pleasant surprise. “First stay at Grand Hyatt Shenzhen post-COVID.”
I was upgraded to a huge room like how I was treated when I was a Diamond member although I had lost the status sometime ago.

“It’s worth to stay”
Hotel location is good, most of staff are helpful and friendly.dinning is not that great but average. 38th floor bar is outdated with lousy music. I definitely recommend to hotel management that bring penthouse back to life and do some interior decoration or redo outdated ambience.
